1 Year Limited Warranty for Car Wrap Installation Errors

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the car wrap installation services provided by AutoCore Customs for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This Limited Warranty is void if the car wrap has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, natural or personal disaster, or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs.

This Limited Warranty covers only installation errors, and specifically excludes any damage that may occur to the vehicle’s paint or body due to accidents, collisions, weather, or any other cause after the car wrap has been installed.

If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty is found, AutoCore Customs will, at its option, repair or replace the defective car wrap, without charge for parts or labor. AutoCore Customs will not be responsible for any costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the car wrap.

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact AutoCore Customs at 613-606-6356 and provide proof of purchase. AutoCore Inc will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim.

This Limited Warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any defects that may have been caused during the car wrap installation services provided by AutoCore Customs.

If your warranty is voided, we will be happy to help but not at the companies expense.

The lifespan of a car wrap can vary depending on several factors such as the quality of the wrap material, the type of adhesive used, the climate and weather conditions, and the level of care and maintenance given to the wrap.

To maintain a vinyl wrap on your car, it’s important to keep the car clean by regularly washing it with a mild soap and water.

Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they can damage the wrap. UV rays can cause the wrap to fade or deteriorate over time, so park the car in a shaded or covered area when possible, or consider applying a UV-resistant Ceramic Coating to the wrap.

Be cautious when waxing or polishing, avoid using wax or polishes that contain abrasive materials as they can scratch the wrap. To protect the wrap from scratches and dirt, you can consider applying a ceramic coating on top of the wrap.

Avoid sharp objects, take care when loading or unloading items from the car, as sharp objects can scratch or puncture the wrap. Regularly check for any bubbles or wrinkles, if you notice any bubbles or wrinkles in the wrap, it’s important to address them immediately.

Removing vinyl wrap from a car can potentially damage the paint underneath if the vehicle has had paint imperfections, like peeling, chipping, rust, that even after addressed, can continue to decade overtime, especially if the wrap has been on the car for an extended period of time or if it was not applied correctly.

However, if the wrap is removed properly by a professional, and the vehicles paint was in good condition, and OEM, the risk of damage is unlikely.

The service time may vary for each specific project but on average, we can wrap and deliver a standard sized vehicle within 3 days.

Vinyl wrap is the most affordable and quickest color change option for your vehicle with limitless options & finishes to chose from.

The vinyl is non-permanent, usually lasting 3-5 years and the installation process takes us 3-4 days.

Wrap is thick enough to protect your original paint from the majority of road contaminants and swirl marks, resulting in preserved paint and a higher resale value.

Our non-refundable deposit policy for clients is as follows:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure and reserve materials and resources for your specific project.

This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the project, and is required to begin the work.

In the event of a cancellation or failure to complete the service, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of client’s delay to provide the car or inability to provide the car at the scheduled time and date, the deposit will not be refunded.

If any changes or modifications to the project are requested by the client after the deposit has been made, additional fees may apply. By making a deposit, the client agrees to the terms of this non-refundable deposit policy.

Please understand that this deposit policy is put in place to protect the company and its resources, as well as compensate for any loss of business.
